  • running processes or software components to the extent necessary for the operation of the protection system;
  • integrity of game client files;
  • version and state of the game client;
  • technical connection parameters;
  • identifiers of the device or software environment, where such identifiers are used by the security system;
  • technical events related to possible violations;
  • other parameters necessary to detect interference with the operation of the game or the protection system.

OldRust strives to limit the processing of such data to the scope necessary to ensure Project security and the operation of anti-cheat systems.

Information obtained by security systems is not intended for purposes unrelated to protection, security, investigation of technical violations, and prevention of abuse.

5. Confidentiality of Anti-Cheat Technology

A user’s right to obtain information about their personal data does not imply an obligation to disclose source code, algorithms, signatures, heuristics, detection methods, threshold values, internal configurations, technical documentation, or other information regarding the functioning of anti-cheat and security systems.

Disclosure of such information may reveal the operating principles of protection systems, facilitate circumvention, or create a security risk for OldRust and its users.

If a user request concerns such technical information, OldRust may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • exclude information that reveals the design or operation of protection systems from the materials provided;
  • redact certain technical values;

Full bank card details, including the full card number and security code, are generally processed directly by the payment provider and are not transmitted to OldRust, unless otherwise expressly provided by the payment method used.
